If an issue comes up that is directly related to the work we completed, we will return to diagnose the problem and correct it at no additional charge. Whether we installed a new garage door, replaced springs, repaired hardware, installed an opener, or completed a service adjustment, we stand behind the work we do.

New Garage Door Warranty
All new garage doors supplied and installed by Swain Garage Doors include a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty.
This warranty covers qualifying parts and components provided by the manufacturer. Coverage may vary depending on the specific door model, product line, finish, hardware, and manufacturer guidelines.
Before installation, we will explain what is included with your new door and what warranty coverage applies.
Spring Replacement Warranty
We use high-quality, high-cycle springs on every spring replacement job.
We guarantee the spring itself against breakage for 10 years, as long as regular preventative maintenance is completed by Swain Garage Doors.
Parts & Manufacturer Warranties
Parts and components supplied by Swain Garage Doors carry manufacturer warranties that vary by product and brand.
If a covered part fails within its warranty period, we will help handle the replacement process and get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. Labor, service, diagnosis, removal, installation, adjustment, and trip fees may still apply unless otherwise stated in writing.
This may include items such as garage door sections, springs, rollers, cables, hinges, weather seals, openers, remotes, keypads, safety sensors, and other garage door components.
Honest Recommendations
We will never sell you something you do not need.
If your garage door can be safely repaired, we will tell you. If replacement is the smarter long-term option, we will explain why. Our job is to give you a clear, honest recommendation so you can make the best decision for your home.

What Is Not Covered
Our guarantee covers the work we performed and the parts we installed.
It does not cover damage or issues caused by misuse, accidents, impact damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, lack of maintenance, normal wear over time, weather-related damage, power issues, structural movement, or problems unrelated to the original service.
Manufacturer warranties and spring warranties may cover parts only. Labor, service fees, diagnosis, removal, installation, adjustment, and trip charges may still apply unless otherwise stated in writing.
If something is not covered, we will still be honest with you, explain what happened, and give you a fair solution.
